Cancellation Policy

Deposits are required for all bookings. A $50-$100 (depending on your booked service) deposit is required for all bookings. These deposits are non refundable and will NOT forward over to another booking. Any booking cancellation deemed to be outside our cancellation policy of 48hrs will lose their deposit.

If you are unwell, we understand, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment and release your appointment time to another guest. Please do not wait to receive your reminder txt to let us know you will not be able to attend.

48hrs in advance, during business hours, if we are closed you may leave a voice message and we return your call as soon as possible.

A no show or late cancellation will incur a fee of your booked appointment.????
We however do understand that some circumstances are unavoidable.
